Dragon River: The Jade Mandate is licensed, not sold. When downloaded from Apple's App Store, use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these additional terms.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices associated with your App Store account. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use the app or its assets in a way prohibited by applicable law or the licenses included with the project.
The optional Permanent Ad Removal purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. A verified entitlement removes all in-app advertisements for the purchasing Apple Account and can be restored from the app. Billing, Family Sharing availability, refunds, and purchase disputes are governed by Apple's applicable App Store terms and processes.
The app is provided without a guarantee that every device, position, or strategy will produce a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
