Ink Legions is a single-player strategy game by Haosheng Li / Bubu Studio. No game account is required. This policy covers the game on iOS and Android and the support pages linked from it.
Progress, currency, cards, settings, local purchase entitlements, transaction identifiers, and gameplay or reward records are saved on your device. We do not operate a player-account, cloud-save, chat, multiplayer, or separate developer analytics service.
Workshop lets you create and import challenge codes containing enemy types and positions. The game reads the clipboard when you choose the challenge-code import or paste action, and writes a code when you choose to copy or share it. Codes are processed locally. The game does not upload them to a developer server; if you send a code through another app, that app's privacy practices apply.
The mobile game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads at breaks after battles. Rewarded videos begin when you choose a reward. Eligible ads can be requested and preloaded before they are shown. No Ads removes interstitials; it does not remove optional rewarded videos. Ad Tickets replace a rewarded video with its reward, and Premium Season Pass unlocks the premium reward track and removes interstitials.
Google Mobile Ads may process your IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ads viewed, app and ad interactions, crashes, performance information, and other diagnostics. It uses this information to serve and measure advertising, personalize ads where permitted, analyze its services, and prevent fraud. Google may share this data with advertising partners. Its SDK encrypts data in transit. Our lack of a separate analytics service does not mean the advertising SDK collects no data.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) updates consent information at launch. Where required, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, it presents the applicable privacy message. The game waits for a permitted consent status before initializing advertising. When UMP requires an entry point, open Settings → Privacy Options to review or change the available choices.
On iOS, the configured UMP flow may request App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to connect activity with data from other companies' apps or websites for advertising and measurement. Declining permission does not prevent gameplay. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Android users can reset or delete their advertising ID in device settings. Non-personalized or limited ads may still process data for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
For Google's data practices, retention, and controls, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
Apple's App Store or Google Play processes purchases through StoreKit or Google Play Billing. The game receives product, entitlement, and transaction information to grant purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, restore eligible purchases, and finish or acknowledge transactions. We do not receive payment-card or bank details and do not send receipts or purchase tokens to a developer-operated server. The stores keep their own purchase records under Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy.
Starter Pack, No Ads, and Premium Season Pass are one-time, non-consumable purchases. Coin packs and Ad Tickets are consumable. Restore Purchases in the in-game Shop can restore eligible non-consumables with the same store account; spent consumables and game progress are not restored from store ownership.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use that correspondence to answer and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for support or applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other confidential information. Visiting a support or policy page sends an ordinary web request to the website host, which may process connection and security logs.
The game does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes the local save, subject to your device backup and restore settings. It does not delete purchase records or information held by advertising or store providers.
Where applicable law provides these rights, contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to its use. For advertising choices, use the privacy controls described above. For data held by Google or Apple, use their linked privacy controls. You may also contact your local privacy regulator. Providers may process information outside your country under their own policies and safeguards.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for advertising processing that requires it, fulfilling your request for support, and legitimate interests in service security and resolving issues; legal obligations may require retaining particular records. You can withdraw applicable advertising consent through Privacy Options without affecting earlier processing.
Ink Legions is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated service. The game does not have an age-verification system. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
