Game progress stays on your device, subject to operating system backup and restore settings. We cannot recover a lost save for you.
Rewarded videos start only when you choose an offered reward. You can keep playing when no ad is available. When required by Google's consent service, Settings > Privacy options lets you review or change available choices.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that grants selected optional rewards without playing a video. Use Settings > Restore purchases with the same store account after reinstalling. Apple and Google purchases are separate. If a purchase is pending, wait for the store to complete it. For refunds, use your store's purchase support process; your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
