The game is licensed, not sold. You may install and play it for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell or misuse the game or its assets, except where applicable law or a relevant third-party licence permits it.

No game account is required. Progress and settings are stored locally and may be affected by device backup or restore settings. We cannot recover or transfer a lost save for you.
In-game currency, weapons, heroes and rewards have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for money or goods. Gameplay, balancing and available content may change in updates, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Rewarded videos are optional and supplied by Google AdMob. You can keep playing without watching them. Without Remove Ads, an advertised reward is granted when the advertising SDK confirms that you earned it; closing early or an unavailable or failed ad does not grant that reward. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Advertised products and services are provided by their respective advertisers.
Remove Ads is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase. While the entitlement is active, selecting an offered reward grants it without watching an ad. The price and currency appear in the store purchase confirmation. It is not a subscription. Restore purchases uses the same store account; purchases are not automatically transferable between Apple and Google stores. Refunds or revoked purchases may remove the entitlement. Store refund procedures and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Do not use the game unlawfully or manipulate advertising or store purchases through fraudulent requests. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law. Third-party licences retain their own permissions.
The game and its content are owned by the developer or relevant licensors. Third-party components, credits and licence notices are available in Settings > Credits.
We may update or discontinue the game or features, subject to applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device.
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. These terms do not exclude or limit rights, remedies, guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
